14th Annual Special Kids Race March 15

Come out on Saturday, March 15 to help raise funds for SPECIAL KIDS, the special needs therapy and nursing center in Murfreesboro.

Runners and walkers of all abilities get ready: The 14th Annual Special Kids Race takes place on Saturday, March 15 to help raise funds for Special Kids Therapy and Nursing Center.

Special Kids Race

Located in Murfreesboro, Special Kids provides the much-needed therapies that local children with special needs need. The race includes several ways to participate. There’s a one-mile family fun run ($30); a 5K ($50); a 10K ($55) or a 15K ($60).  The event encourages everyone to get involved. Presented by founding sponsor Murfreesboro Medical Clinic & Surgicenter, a bevy of additional sponsors are attached to help make the event a success.

Special Kids, a Christian therapy and nursing center, started with one child in 1998 and has grown to serve more than 4,500 children from 19 counties in Middle Tennessee. Special Kids is located at 2132 E. Main Street in Murfreesboro.
