Under the supervision of teachers and adult counselors, participants will develop an understanding of group dynamics and leadership skills. In the Junior Farm Apprentice program, students ages 11-15 will have the opportunity to take on farm responsibilities and train with farm and animal experts. JFAs will learn how to take care of goats and chickens, train animals, care for our vegetable garden, maintain organic growing standards, harvest and cook, as well as run our small farmer’s market.
