Where Every Family Matters

Get Jazz’d for the 2024 Murfreesboro JazzFest

Come on out for this premier performance event for student groups and professional musicians.

Ready for some jazz? The 2024 Murfreesboro JazzFest is set for Friday April 26 from 6 – 10 p.m. and Saturday April 27 from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. for its second year at The Fountains at Gateway.

See local school bands, as well as professional groups, liven up the festivities with non-stop performances throughout the 2-day event. There is something for everyone to enjoy: music, games, food trucks and more. A schedule of performers will be published here as soon as it’s released.

Stayin’ alive

The event, held for years in downtown Murfreesboro, was kept alive by Rutherford County Schools in 2023 with 14 school groups performing before an estimated 4,000-plus attendees at its new venue, The Fountains at Gateway (located at 1500 Medical Center Pkwy).
