With kids underfoot now that school’s out, there’s a free summer camp waiting for little inventors that allows them to think big using an iPad.
For the past 20 years, Apple Camp has brought a 90-minute weekly program for kids. This year’s camp starts June 19 and will continue through early August.
Apple Camp Starts June 19
Designed for kids ages 6 – 10, Apple professionals will work with campers to create unique inventions on iPads with custom audio and 3D shapes.
Kids will be encouraged to think like an inventor, according to a creative pro at Apple. They’ll learn to follow the process of brainstorming and how to build a blueprint. From there, they will design their own invention with an iPad. Each session will aim to help kids learn something useful and impactful.
