Big Changes to Franklin Sports Hall

All under one roof: Ninja Haven, Premier Athletics, Rabbit Hole VR, and More!

Kids who love parkour and jumping around on all sorts of things outside will love to know about the new Ninja Haven (ninjahaven.com) opening soon a the TOA Sports performance Center (formerly Franklin Sports Hall). It offers ninja, parkour, bouldering, yoga and hot yoga. This obstacle training and rock climbing facility for all ages is in a large downstairs and a two-room yoga studio upstairs. 

Owners Colleen Johnson and Bobby Zavala, both accomplished obstacle training competitors and former participants on the popular TV Show American Ninja Warrior, offer classes for youth and adults of all experience levels. The yoga studio will operate a full schedule of daily classes. Ninja Haven plans to open the training facility this month, and the rock climbing and yoga facilities are scheduled to open later in the fall. 

This is in addition to the 22,000 square-foot facility, Franklin Sports Hall, new name change to TOA Sports Performance Center. With the new name change, Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance (TOA) is also leasing more than 8,500-square-feet of the facility to serve as its Williamson County Hub for urgent care, physical therapy and performance training. TOA will be taking over both sides of the main entry hall with major renovations being designed to give it the look and feel of an upscale athletic experience. 

TOA and Ninja Haven join Premier Athletics, Music City Dance, Tennessee Performance Volleyball, Nike Basketball and Rabbit Hole VR as tenants in the building.
