Currey Ingram Academy camps are designed to bring out the best in our campers! No matter their level of experience, we aim to encourage the participation of all campers in activities, and our experienced counselors are dedicated to inspire campers to try new activities every day.
We have camps that will excite and challenge campers with a variety of interests for Summer 2021, including:
Camp Beech Creek is a day camp that runs Monday – Friday and is open to rising kindergartners through rising sixth-graders. Campers can participate in an elective during the morning and traditional camp activities in the afternoon, such as creek exploration and arts and crafts.
Mustang Athletics Sports Camps are focused on each camper’s skill level and are run by knowledgeable, well-trained coaches. Coaches match a program that develops the athlete’s knowledge, skills and confidence in each sport. Sports camps are open to rising third through eighth-graders.
The Reading Intensive program allows campers in grades 1-5 to work with our faculty members on reading skills over the course of four weeks. Instruction will focus on the maintenance, retention, and generalization of reading-related skills.
ADHD Summer Treatment Program is an intensive six-week summer treatment program for students ages 8-12 with ADHD. The STP focuses on developing self-awareness, self-regulation, and social skills while also incorporating recreational, age-appropriate games and group activities. STP is one of only 15 programs like it in the country.
Workforce Readiness and Preparation (WRaP) is a program co-developed with the Frist Center for Autism and Innovation and is for students ages 15 to 20 who are on the autism spectrum. The program is designed to teach social and teamwork skills that will be needed for success in the workplace.
We are looking forward to a fun-filled summer!
