See this vibrant new retelling of the Disney classic set in the wacky world of Wonderland performed by the talented Rising Stars youth cast at the Williamson County Performing Arts Center at Academy Park (112 Everbright Ave., Franklin). Performances are Feb. 1 at 2 and 7 p.m. and Feb. 2 at 2 p.m. Cost is $15.
Note: The Saturday, Feb. 1 at 2 p.m. performance is a sensory/family-friendly performance designed to create a more comfortable experience for those with sensitivity to sensory input and/or young children and their families.
Disney’s Alice in Wonderland Summary
When young Alice finds herself in a strange world where everything seems upside down, she must find her way home…and find herself along the way. As she travels through Wonderland, she encounters all of the iconic characters that audiences have come to love: including the ever-tardy White Rabbit, the grinning Cheshire Cat, a cool Caterpillar, the wacky Mad Hatter, and the hot-tempered Queen of Hearts.
