Storytime with Nashville Symphony

On Saturday, March 15, Nashville Symphony musicians Anna Lisa Hoepfinger and Keith Nicholas will bring fables and picture books to life in this free, 35-minute musical program geared toward Pre-K and elementary children at the Nashville Public Library Edmondson Pike Branch (5501 Edmondson Pike, Nashville). The program includes live music, storybooks and active listening activities, along with visual and sensory elements from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.
On Saturday, March 29, join Nashville Symphony musicians Gloria Yun (flute) and Tim Pearson (bass) for stories, music and the magic of nature at the Nashville Public Library Donelson Branch (2714 Old Lebanon Pike, Nashville) at 10:30 a.m. This free, 35-minute program for Pre-K and early elementary age children features live music and a reading of The Hike by Alison Farrell. Active listening activities, visual cues and sensory supports are incorporated to support neurodiversity and accessibility.
