Workers from the department will be on call on Saturday, March 8 and Sunday, March 9 to perform routine “checkups” on all kinds of stuffed animals during the zoo’s walkthrough experience from 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. The event takes place inside the HCA Healthcare Veterinary Center at Nashville Zoo (3777 Nolensville Pike, Nashville). Kids’ stuffed friends can get a thorough examination and receive a certificate of “Beary Good Health.” In addition, kids can enjoy hands-on learning activities and a photo booth. Cost is $5, but please reserve your spot here.
