Celebrate the New Year without staying up until midnight at this special New Year's Eve glow party at the Smyrna Outdoor Adventure Center (100 Sam Ridley Pkwy E, Smyrna) from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. Experience New Year’s activities, snacks and their annual Balloon Confetti Pop that will happen at noon.
