Science of Sound at Historic RCA Studio B
Description
Conducted at Historic RCA Studio B at the Country Music Hall of Fame (222 Rep. John Lewis Way S, Nashville), this program shares the history of the studio and the songs recorded there by artists like Dolly Parton, Elvis Presley and Charley Pride. Students will explore engineering in a real-world setting, learning how soundwave properties and manipulations impact music and the recording process. Starts at 9:30 a.m. Cost is $10/family for museum members; $15/family for non-museum members. Recommended for ages 8 and up. All are welcome.
