Get in touch with your dramatic side and spend the dog days of summer at the Nashville Shakespeare Festival’s 2023 Summer Shakespeare series, featuring Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing. The show plays at The Yard at ONEC1TY (8 City Blvd., Nashville) Thursdays – Sundays, Aug. 31 – Sept. 24 (plus Labor Day Monday, Sept. 4) and then again at Academy Park (120 Everbright Ave., Franklin) Thursday – Sunday, Sept. 28 – Oct. 1. The Festival is a free event (with a suggested $10 per person donation per show). Each evening will begin with food vendors at 5:15, “Insight” talk at 5:30, Pre-show concert at 6 and the main performance at 7 p.m.
