Carpe Artista hosts its first ever FAN Week now through Nov. 11. Come meet Hollywood stars Roger Perry and Joyce Bulifant, rock-n-roll legend Billy Crain and more. Enjoy live music at the Carpe Cafe everyday in addition to special treats and surprises. Proceeds from the event help FUND the ARTS through Carpe Artista and everyone who donates $50 or more is entered to win a FREE Carpe Artista Camp registration for themselves or a loved one! Joyce Bulifant Book Release (FREE – $25)
Friday, Nov. 10 from 7 – 9:30 p.m.
You’ve seen her on The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Match Game, Airplane, and so much more! Meet Joyce Bulifant in person and hear about her new book, My Four Hollywood Husbands, at Carpe Cafe. Her husband, Roger Perry, joins her, too. Admission is free, but a FAN Week Book Release Bundle, which includes an autographed copy of the book, a dessert and a latte, costs $25.
The Business of Show Business Actors Workshop ($20)
Saturday, Nov. 11 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Meet and talk to Roger Perry and Joyce Bulifant about their lifetime of acting, singing, dancing and composing career. Learn tips on headshot, classes and training, auditions and more.
Billy Crain CD Release Concert ($25 – $50)
Saturday, Nov. 11 at 7:30 p.m.
Billy Crain is back with another Rock-n-Roll project, Broken Things. Billy has played with The Outlaws, The Rolling Stones, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Van Halen, ZZ Top, The Cars, The Marshall Tucker band, The Allman Brothers Band, The Charlie Daniels Band, Molly Hatchet, Merle Haggard, George Strait, Jerry Lee Lewis, and all the heroes of old. See him live during this CD release. Tickets (which comes with finger food and a non-alcoholic drink and one CD) cost $25 per person, $35 per couple, $50 for families. All proceeds from the evening go to benefit the programming and work of Carpe Artista.
