General Jackson Showboat to Offer Holiday Cruises

Guests will enjoy a meal prepared by Gaylord Opryland Resort chefs before a live holiday performance, Nov. 16 - Dec. 25.

The 300-foot General Jackson Showboat will begin welcoming guests aboard for holiday-themed cruises beginning on November 16 through December 25, 2023. Cruises include the Tennessee Christmas midday lunch cruise and the Music City Christmas evening dinner cruise.

Inside the Victorian Theater, guests will enjoy a meal prepared by Gaylord Opryland Resort chefs prior to the show. Afterwards, the live performances feature a holiday set from a live band in costume. Four massive decks allow for outside or inside experiences.

Tennessee Christmas Midday Cruise

The Tennessee Christmas midday cruise celebrates the tremendous legacy of holiday favorites from some of Tennessee’s greatest musical stars like Garth Brooks, Blake Shelton and Reba McEntire in addition to bluegrass hits from the heart of Memphis and blues from the King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley.

Music City Christmas Evening Cruise

The Music City Christmas evening cruise embodies the true magic of Christmas, incorporating a dynamic horn section and Broadway-style dance numbers. Five Nashville vocal and dancing talents perform classics from artists like Bing Crosby and Nat King Cole, as well as modern holiday favorites like Mariah Carey, Michael Bublé and more.
