With the weather at the right temp and everyone itching to get outside, it's no wonder families are flocking to buy their tickets to the annual Boro Adventure Fest. Families of all ages gather on Saturday, April 13 at Walter Hill Dam Park for a day packed full of fun. Enjoy live music, kayaking, SUP, rock climbing, food trucks, kids zone, outdoor classroom, vendors, giveaways and more. Kids can head over to the Kids Zone for an opstacle course, face painting, animal encounters, games, a story trail and more!

There are time slots for kayaking and SUP that is set up ahead of time. But, if you register late, they will still have spots available on event day on a first come, first served basis. There will also be hammocks up everywhere for attendees to use, but you're welcome to bring your own, too. All activities are included in ticket price, too, aside from purchases at food trucks and vendor booths.

This event, brought to you by Murfreesboro Parks and Recreation Dept. and Candle Wishes Foundation, brings the community together. All area adventure seekers, explorers, risk takers and nature lovers gather together in one place to enjoy nature together. Boro Adventure Fest was born to celebrate the wanderlust culture in Murfreesboro. Join this movement and be inspired to discover where your journey of adventure will take you! There's an entire schedule of workshops set for the outdoor classroom, too.
