Fine dining with your tots in tow? That’s the mission of Nibble+squeak, the unique dining club for “parents with pipsqueaks.” The movement aims to empower young adults to enjoy sociable lifestyles post-parenthood. The club seeks to provide young parents with dynamic opportunities to frequent hot new restaurants while socializing with their little ones.
WHAT IT IS
Nibble+squeak has been connecting upscale restaurants with millennial parents of young children in big cities like New York, Chicago, Atlanta, San Francisco, Los Angeles and London. The global network aims to normalize and simplify dining out with kids. Nibble+squeak identifies top eateries offering hospitality, accessibility and culinary options for guests of all ages.
And now, Nashville is its newest hot spot with an inaugural outing at Husk Nashville (37 Rutledge St., Nashville). It takes place Sunday, April 29 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. James Beard award-winning Executive Chef Sean Brock is set to prepare a menu showcasing heirloom products and other seasonal fare.
The all-inclusive ticket price (including tax and gratuity) is $77 for adults (including alcohol)/$62 for adults (without alcohol). Children tickets are $15; free for those younger than 2 years old.
Local Nibble+squeak Host Caroline Kiesler says she’s excited to bring the club to Music City.
“With the growth that Nashville is experiencing, the dining scene here is booming. Nashville is a fabulous city to raise a family in, which makes it perfect for Nibble+squeak to come to town and accommodate world-class dining experiences for families. I am thrilled to host the Nashville chapter!” Kiesler says.
