WCPR aims to offer a fun working environment and provides an opportunity for individuals looking for community-based, interactive work experiences. Several temporary, part-time positions are available at recreation facilities throughout Williamson County for teens and adults.
Parks & Rec summer jobs available positions include:
- event staff for the Tennessee Renaissance Festival
- facility supervisors
- sport officials
- lifeguards (certification required)
- splash park attendants and pool cashiers
- staff for Camp Will, a therapeutic summer day camp program.

- Indoor Sports Complex in Brentwood, 920 Heritage Way
- Longview Recreation Center at Spring Hill, 2909 Commonwealth Dr.
- the Williamson County Recreation Complex at Nolensville, 7250 Nolensville Rd.
- Castle Park, home of the Tennessee Renaissance Festival, at 2135 New Castle Rd. in Arrington.
