- Free parking is in the Heritage Medical parking garage, clearly marked off State and 21st Avenue. Coming from downtown up Church Street, take a right onto 22nd Avenue N and another right on State. The Heritage Parking garage is clearly marked (the address is 2107 State Street. It also has an entrance off 21st Avenue.
