Sumner County students can enhance their creative minds during the 2016 - 2017 school year with the Arts After School program available through the Hendersonville Arts Council. Arts After School classes take place weekly and are available to kids in grades 1 - 12. Students will learn color theory, drawing, painting, clay, sculpture and printmaking. At the end of the school year, Arts After School will produce a small reception for the kids to showcase their masterpieces to family and friends. The reception will include light snacks and beverages, emulating a real-life professional art show.
