Set to open in downtown Franklin, Ruby Sunshine is the latest concept from Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group. It will offer Big Easy twists on Southern brunch classics, including benedicts, pancakes and French Toast. Parents, you'll be able to enjoy eye-opening cocktails, too. There will be lots of other mouth-watering menu items available, in addition to the breakfast items. Owned and operated by the Ruby Slipper Café founders, Ruby Sunshine in Franklin will mark the first of more locations to come across the Southeast. Owner Jennifer Weishaupt is super happy to introduce Ruby Sunshine to Franklin and to offer breakfast with a New Orleans flair. The 4,300-square-foot restaurant will provide a vibrant and inviting atmosphere with a mix of bar, booth and table seating for up to 159 guests. The location will also feature a patio area and private event space. Ruby Sunshine will be located at 231 Public Square, Franklin.
