Dad of six and Sky Zone Murfreesboro owner, Bron Launsby, was forced to be patient about opening the new indoor trampoline park for the community. The original plan was to open early in 2020, but then COVID-19 came to town. Now, finally, with cleanliness and social distancing guidelines in place, the time is here. Sky Zone Murfreesboro is getting its Grand Opening this Friday, June 19 from 12 – 8 p.m. and the fun will continue all weekend long.
“Sky Zone is the ultimate entertainment destination where families can create lasting memories while ditching screen time and focusing on family fun,” says Launsby.
Trampolines consume 20 percent of Murfreesboro’s Sky Zone, Launsby says. Other attractions include a Warped Wall, Zip Line, Warrior Courses, Wipe Out, Rolling Log and more. A multi-use sport court will host volleyball, basketball, soccer and dodge ball.
“Our goal is to be a place for people of all ages,” says Launsby. “Safety is paramount to what we do, from how our equipment is designed to the training of our employees,” he adds.
The facility will include designated times just for toddlers and preschoolers and of course, birthdays and other special offers.
Jump starting the Grand Opening on Friday, June 19, the Little Leapers Program for toddlers (walking) up to age 7 will take place at 10 a.m. ($14.99 per child). At 11 a.m., Sky Zone Murfreesboro gets its official ribbon cutting. Throughout the day, families can take advantage of the Family Fun Pack experience, which includes four 90-minute All Access Passes, a large pizza, and a pitcher of drinks, for $49.99 – more than a 50 percent savings. In addition, the opening weekend includes the first GLOW event on Saturday, June 20 from 8 – 11 p.m. (120 minutes is $22.99).
