If your kids have been dreaming of outdoor ice skating this holiday season, their wish has come true! Just head to Ascend Amphitheater in downtown Nashville. It’s hosting the Smashville Holiday Festival from Nov. 16, 2018 – Jan. 6, 2019.
Outdoor ice skating sessions take place in one-hour-and-15-minute increments. Admission is $13.73 if you bring your own skates, $16.48 includes skate rental.

POND HOCKEY
In addition to ice skating, the Smashville Holiday Festival offers 3 on 3 pond hockey on select Monday and Wednesday evenings at 8 p.m. Sessions are available on Mondays, Nov. 19 and 26 and Dec. 3, 10 and 17. Wednesday sessions are available Nov. 21 and 28 and Dec. 5 and 12
Pond hockey is $15 per player, with a maximum of six players on the ice at one time. Each session is 75 minutes. There’s no goalie, no slap shots and no puck above the knee.
