Kids will be climbing the walls — literally — at the new Smyrna Outdoor Adventure Center (SOAC). Families have been eager to take advantage of the upgrades to the Smyrna Town Center. The grand opening for SOAC is Thursday, May 4. During the grand opening celebration, the center will be open from 4 - 8 p.m. with family-friendly activities. Explore the climbing zones, meet animals, walk through the Trivial Pursuit: 50 State Adventure traveling exhibit and more! SOAC includes SplashTown, featuring a pool with climbing wall, splash pad, slides, sand volleyball courts and more. In addition to the new pool features, kids can find even more fun inside the Adventure Center. Furthermore, kids can explore the exhibit hall with interactive exhibits. There will also be a gallery with local art; an adventure zone with a rock climbing wall and other climbing structures as well as a Discovery Den for programs, crafts, games and stories.
