An afternoon of horse races benefiting the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt includes a stick horse race for ages 12 and younger (the winning children receives a $100 gift certificate to Phillips Toy Mart). The Family Area features inflatables, pony rides, games and other children's activities. Gates open at 8 a.m.; first race begins at 1 p.m.
