Where Every Family Matters

The Little Sunshine’s Playhouse Opens Oct. 28

Little Sunshine's Playhouse will specialize in building lifelong relationships with enrolled families. Find out how you can get your child involved at the October 28 Grand Opening.

The Little Sunshine’s Playhouse, located at 2100 Oxford Glen Drive in Franklin, is the newest preschool to crop up in the Williamson County area. A Grand Opening is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 28 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. Interested families will be able to tour the new castle-like preschool while learning more about the school’s unique offerings.
The school is the first Tennessee location for the Playhouse. Other Little Sunshine Playhouses can be found in California, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Missouri, Illinois, Alabama and most recently, Georgia.
Aside from the “Once Upon a Time” appearance of the school, other hallmarks of the school’s approach include Kiddie Cams, “Luv Notes” and a unique curriculum called “Creatively Shine.”

Meaningful Play and Learning

Enrolled children will enjoy a creative approach to learning. The Playhouse is designed for infants through pre-kindergarten ages, and teachers will “partner” with children using a unique curriculum called “Creatively Shine,” based on current research and the work of renowned early childhood educator, Reggio Emilia.  Children will be collaborators in learning while teachers work as partners, nurturers, guides and researchers.

The preschool is currently enrolling families.  Contact Katherinem@littlesunshine.com or call 615-567-3475 to learn more.
