Join Certified Ross Instructor, Quintin Burlingame, as he leads students of all talent levels through the wet-on-wet technique made famous by Bob Ross and The Joy of Painting. Whether new to painting or an expert, all will enjoy learning the techniques that culminate in a beautiful, finished 12×16 painting in 3 hours. All materials will be provided. Ages 13 to adult. Located at the Bellevue Visual Arts Painting studio inside the Franklin Recreation Complex.
