  • Christ-centered
  • Formative Learning
  • Equitable Access
  • Personhood of Every Child
  • Connected Community

At New Hope Academy, our educators hold fast to the belief that children are born with an innate curiosity to learn about the world in which they live. God created each child with unique gifts and abilities that must be uncovered and strengthened. We believe education is a vehicle through which children can explore and experience God’s amazing world. Because of NHA’s unique approach to children and learning, we blend many curricular distinctives together to create classrooms that are Christ-focused, hands-on, and attentive to the needs of every learner. Biblical worldview forms the foundation for all of our curriculum and instruction.

At NHA, we inspire students to see the world through this Biblical Worldview. Every subject, relationship, and experience are connected to the truths of scripture, helping students understand life through the themes of Creation, Fall, Redemption, and Glorification. From history to science, art, music, and mathematics, learning is purposeful, meaningful, and rooted in God’s design.

Our classical approach cultivates wisdom and virtue while nurturing the whole child. In small classes, teachers create a rich learning environment where curiosity is sparked, critical thinking is developed, and a love of truth, beauty, and goodness grows. Students engage with a thematic, multidisciplinary curriculum that brings learning to life and prepares them for success beyond the classroom.

We also embrace the philosophy of Charlotte Mason, who believed education should nurture the whole child. Through rich literature, outdoor exploration, and the arts, students grow intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually. Practices such as nature study, composer studies, narration, and living books make learning memorable and meaningful.

Our integrated curriculum connects subjects across disciplines, so students see God’s order in the world around them. Humanities, science, literature, math, and the arts work together in cohesive units that encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence. At NHA, students flourish academically, spiritually, and creatively.

New Hope Academy is pleased to share that there is another new financial opportunity for its families. The Tennessee Education Freedom Scholarship Program provides support to help cover private school tuition and other approved educational expenses, making it a valuable resource for anyone considering enrollment.
