Celebrate Cinco de Mayo at Assembly Food Hall

Visit the rooftop for salsa lessons and margaritas on Saturday, May 7.

Assembly Food Hall is celebrating Cinco de Mayo with an extended celebration on Saturday, May 7. The massive dining and entertainment destination at Fifth + Broadway will hold its first Cinco de Mayo party with margarita deals, authentic cuisine from Chilangos, a salsa band, photo opportunities and more.

Kicking off at noon on Saturday, Assembly Food Hall’s rooftop venue, Skydeck on Broadway, will host the following celebratory activities:

  • Noon – 2 p.m.: Marcela Pinilla Band
  • 1 – 3 p.m.: Face Painting
  • 2 – 2:30 p.m.: Salsa Lessons with Nicole La Bailarina
  • 2:30 – 4:30 p.m.: Nashville Salsa Machine, local salsa band
  • 5:30 p.m.: Kentucky Derby Watch Party

Chilangos, the Hall’s Mexico City inspired street food eatery, will feature Pastor Tacos and Chilango’s Los Nachos from Chef Joel Mendoza. Bars at Assembly Food Hall and Skydeck will serve specialty margaritas, tequila shots and deals on Corona Buckets.

Skydeck on Broadway will have three Cinco themed photo backdrops and one for the Derby fans to snap a fun picture at the event.
