LTA Depot’s Murf Wars Fun

New excitement pops up at LTA Depot in Murfreesboro with their addition of Murf Wars, a Nerf gun arena!

Lanes, Trains and Automobiles Entertainment Depot (LTA Depot) is known as the place to go for bowling, bumper cars, arcade games and more in Rutherford County. And now there’s even more reason to go — Murf Wars. Murf Wars is the ‘Boro’s first indoor foam dart arena. Players use multiple types of Nerf guns to play a live action battle. It’s much like laser tag, but with foam darts instead. Murf Wars replaces the former laser tag arena. “We felt like laser tag had run it’s course in Murfreesboro, and we wanted to do something different,” says Owner Jimmy Patrick. “We thought it would be great to have a place where kids can do a Nerf battle and their parents wouldn’t have to worry about buying the equipment, cleaning up the darts or providing a large enough space to play,” he adds. “It’s like playing Fortnite in real life,” says Hudson Lee, one of the first kids to test out Murf Wars. “I loved searching for the hidden chests filled with darts. I want to come back with my friends.” LTA Depot plans to offer Murf Wars birthday parties in which the birthday child will get to use a special Nerf gun called the “Birthday Blaster.” LTA Depot is located at 450 Butler Drive, Murfreesboro. Cost to play Murf Wars is $6 for one play, $15 for three plays. Must be 42 inches or taller to play solo, too. Call 615-890-3999 or visit ltadepot.com to learn more.
