Super Star Fun Meet
Attention parents! If you have a little one ready to shine and show off those skills, this is the event for you! Sign up now for our Super Star Fun Meet! Children will perform routines learned in class and receive a t-shirt and trophy. Sign up early to choose your time slot!
Little Dippers (Ages 2-3 1/2)
Our Little Dippers program is an amazing place for children ages 2 – 3 1/2 to start learning the basics of gymnastics. In these classes they will develop balance, agility, hand-eye coordination, and fitness while learning beginner level gymnastics skills.
Girls (Age 5 and up) – Rising Stars/Shooting Stars
The girls program utilizes all four Olympic Apparatti including: Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, Floor exercise and Trampoline & Tumble Trak too!
Our Girls recreation is broken down into two categories:
Rising Stars: Girls Ages 5 – 7 years old
Shooting Stars: Girls Ages 8 & Up
From our regular recreational program students can advance to our “All Stars,” or be invited to our “USAG Women’s Team.”
All Stars Team
E.T.C.’s All Star Team is a competitive team in a recreational environment. We start at Level 2 with the opportunity to advance up to Optional gymnastics. In level 2, the girls are only required to work out one hour per week and Level 3 and higher work out 3 hours per week. During the competitive season, we will attend 5 competitions both here and around Middle Tennessee.
Tumbling (Ages 8 and up)
E.T.C. Gymnastics offers tumbling classes for individuals ages 8 and up. These classes are great for cheerleaders, dancers, or anyone
interested in building their tumbling skills.
Boys/Girls (Ages 5 and Up) Ninja Program
The Ninja Program utilizes obstacle courses, Ninja cage, Rock Wall and floor space to challenge athletes mentally, physically and socially. The program provides a great foundation that will prepare your child to participate and excel in all sports.
Summer camps
Dippers Camp: 2nd Friday of the Month Potty Trained Dippers ONLY ages 2 – 4.5 years old.
Drop your little one off to enjoy fun activities such as the zip line, rocket blaster, bounce house, arts & crafts, trampolines and more!
Cost: $30.00 with reservations – $35.00 for walk-ins

GENERAL CAMP INFORMATION
Our instructors bring your child hours of fun and physical activity which they are sure to enjoy. There are group games, ball games, gymnastics activities and structured play time that kids will be screaming to come back to participate again and again!
Boys & Girls ages 5 & up.
Camp runs weekdays from 9:00am until 3:00pm. Extended care begins at 8:00am and runs until 5:00pm for an additional fee. Weather permitting, we will have many outside play options.
