Mozart’s Jupiter Symphony

Start the year with brilliance as the Nashville Symphony celebrates the new year and Mozart’s 270th birthday inside the Schermerhorn Symphony Center (1 Symphony Place, Nashville). Rising conductor Gemma New leads the “Jupiter” Symphony, Mozart’s longest and final symphony. Pianist Conrad Tao returns with John Adams’ Century Rolls, a tribute to the golden age of piano music. Opening the program is Beethoven’s rousing Egmont Overture. There are twop performances on Jan. 9 – 10 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets start at $20.
