Alleviate your worries about your child’s safety by making sure she knows how to stay safe. Kids can get in-the-know during the free Kids’ Safety Day on Saturday, May 18 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
This family-friendly community event aims to increase the awareness of child safety issues and features important safety education for kids of all ages. Activities include magic shows, inflatables, safe animal encounters, kayaking, indoor rock wall climbing and more. The event also focuses on safety topics such as bicycles, sun, sports, fire, seat belts, social media, animal, vehicle and more. In addition to all the fun activities, there will be free bike helmets provided to the first 300 children in attendance as well as drawings for free bicycles provided by the Town of Smyrna and area community businesses.
