Where Every Family Matters

Great Tennessee Air Show Returns June 10-11

A high-flying event for the whole family.

Do you or your kids love jets, planes and all things in flight? Or maybe y’all just watched Top Gun: Maverick a few too many times this past year? Regardless of your reason, head on out to The Great Tennessee Air Show, returning next month to the Smyrna/Rutherford County Airport on June 10 – 11, 2023.

The U.S. Navy Blue Angels will take to the sky as the headlining performer. In addition to incredible aviation performances, families can enjoy displays, a kids zone, vendors and exhibits.

The schedule is as follows (the schedule will be the same for Saturday and Sunday):

  • 8 a.m. – Gates open. Static displays, kids zone, vendors and exhibits open
  • 9 a.m. – Flight Line Club opens
  • 4:30 p.m. – Show ends

Here’s a few things to be aware of this year:

  • Schedules for specific performances will not be released in advance
  • Performance times can change without notice
  • Aircraft appearing are subject to change due to many reasons, including but not limited to, maintenance, weather, or other circumstances

Tickets are available for purchase only online, starting at $39 for children and $59 for adults. Parking is free through ticket purchases. Purchase tickets and learn more about the event here.
