Here are a few solutions to that question. Healthy cooking classes are a great way to learn how to cook delicious meals for your family.

Cooking Healthy for the Holidays
Head over to Murfreesboro Medical Clinic (1272 Garrison Drive, Murfreesboro) and go to Garrison’s Cafe inside on Thursday, Nov. 9 from 6 – 8 p.m. for this class to make your holiday meal a little healthier for your family. Reserve your free spot online! Five Senses’ Chef and Owner, Mitchell Murphy hosts the demonstration and you’ll get instructions to take home to prepare what you see him prepare right in front of you! Introduction to Medicinal Foods
Here’s a cooking class hosted by Sommer White, M.D., on Saturday, Nov. 11 from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at the Vitality Medical Center (125 Belle Forest Circle, Ste. 100, Nashville).
