The ever-growing High Hopes Inclusive Preschool and Pediatric Therapy Clinic now offers Inclusive Kindergarten beginning this school year. This inclusive education adheres to the state standards. It's available to children with and without special needs in a research-based, developmentally appropriate manner, too. The school has a ratio of 60 percent children who are typically developing to 40 percent children diagnosed with special needs. Inclusion allows children with special needs to learn alongside typically developing peers. It helps instill the values of diversity, acceptance and individuality, too. In addition, the school challenges each child to explore their environment and grow to his/her maximum potential.
