Title Boxing Club Franklin Launches Youth Class

Kids can "K.O." any self-esteem issues they may have in this weekly class for children ages 10 to 14.

Title Boxing Club Franklin has introduced The Confidence Club, a weekly youth boxing class that aims to build confidence inside and outside the gym. The classes are offered every Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. at Title’s McEwen Southside gym (located at 1550 West McEwen Drive in Cool Springs).

Through structured boxing training, athletes ages 10 to 14 will develop coordination, strength and discipline while gaining important psychological benefits including resilience, focus and motivation. The after-school classes provide a constructive outlet for energy and stress, giving kids a fun, supportive space to move, grow and build confidence.

“There was a strong interest from the Franklin community to provide a class for younger athletes who are new to the sport,” said Hannah Cummings, general manager of Title Boxing Club Franklin. “We took that local feedback and created The Confidence Club for Franklin youth to have fun with the sport while building on the physical and mental skills involved with boxing.”

Spots are limited to 12 students per class with prices starting at $20 for drop-in classes, which includes quick wraps and glove rental. There is also the option to purchase a five-class pack for a discounted price.

Registration is now open for children ages 10 to 14. Sign up for the youth boxing classes here.
