SUNSHINE SMOOTHIE (makes 2)
Ingredients:
• 1 orange separated into parts
• 1 banana
• 1 cup orange juice
• 1 cup plain yogurt
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• handful of ice
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a tall glass & add a straw.
COTTON CANDY
SMOOTHIE (makes 2)
Ingredients:
• 2 cups frozen strawberries
• 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
• 1-1/3 cup of milk choice
• 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
• 2 tablespoons honey
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a tall cups & add a straw.
GREEN SMOOTHIE (makes 1)
Ingredients:
• 1 banana, frozen in chunks
• 2 handfuls of baby spinach
• 1/2 cup almond milk
• 1 teaspoon honey
• handful of ice
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a cup & add a straw.
PB & J SMOOTHIE (makes 1)
Ingredients:
• 1 banana, frozen in chunks
• 3/4 cup raspberries or strawberries
• 3 tablespoons peanut butter
• 1-1/2 cup lowfat milk
• handful of ice

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a tall glass & add a straw.
RAZZLE DAZZLE SMOOTHIE (makes 2)
Ingredients:
• 1 cup frozen raspberries & more for garnish
• 1/2 cup frozen mango
• 1/2 cup pineapple & more for garnish
• 1 cup coconut milk
• handful of ice

BANANA SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
• 2 bananas
• 1 cup lowfat milk
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• Water, as needed
• handful of ice
• cinnamon & banana slices for garnish

BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
• 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
• 1 cup plain yogurt
• 1/2 cup lowfat milk
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• pinch of nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation:
Blend berries with yogurt and milk then add the rest. Pour into a tall glass & add a straw.
STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE (makes 2)
Ingredients:
• 8 strawberries
• 1/2 cup lowfat milk
• 1/2 cup plain yogurt
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• handful of ice
