It's finally October — or rather, how is it already October? Either way, it's now inevitable autumn's arrived, and with it come all of the festivities and things we associate with the change of season. Things we love like bonfires, pumpkin-spiced everything, football, sweater weather, and in Rutherford County … the return of the Milton Fall Market and Craft Fair on Saturday, October 12.
Located just 20 minutes east from Murfreesboro, the fair is taking place at the historical and newly-restored site "The Gathering at Milton." The second-annual event has quickly become a staple for the Rutherford community. In 2018, more than 2000 people were in attendance and even more are expected for this year's event.
Enjoy more than 50 carefully selected vendors with unique crafts and creative products on display, as well as food and gifts, and more. For the kiddos there will be a face painting area, a petting zoo, and a tractor-themed bounce house. The first 100 people in attendance will receive free cinnamon donuts courtesy of "The Dapper Doughnut" and also be entered into a raffle for a free rental at The Gathering at Milton.
The sights and sounds of fall will be buzzing in Milton, and your family is sure to enjoy the scene together. For an extensive list of vendors, see https://www.thegatheringatmilton.com.
The event will be held from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. at 12026 Milton St, Milton, TN. Admission is $5 for adults and free for kids 12 and under.
