Need child care at the drop of a hat? No problem. Music City Kids Club has you covered seven days a week. It's Sumner County's first drop-in child-care facility, offering a convenient solution to your child-care needs when you don't have a babysitter at the ready or something suddenly comes up.
Music City Kids Club is the brainchild of Middle Tennessee husband-and-wife team Allison Lanquist and Trey Hannah. It came about when they dealt with an unfortunate situation.
"Trey and I were driving to other parts of Middle Tennessee to utilize drop-in child care for our son and recognized this was a service that parents need," says Lanquist. "Reliable and trustworthy child care is hard to come by, and after we had to give away $300 worth of concert tickets when a babysitter canceled last minute, I knew there had to be a better way," she adds.
