Build a life-long love for youth tennis with the Gallatin Rally Cats Tennis program for kids ages 4 to 10. The program is holding sign ups now for classes taking place Saturdays in March and April.
Youth Tennis Leads to Lifelong Tennis
Many, many kids enjoy the game of tennis. As an individual sport (as opposed to a full team, like with basketball), kids can pick up tennis easily and continue playing throughout their lives. Parents love that youth tennis is relatively safe and that getting started is easy. All you need is a racquet, a can of balls and lessons. The benefits of tennis for kids are endless. Aside from improving your child’s mental toughness, kids also learn problem solving skills, sportsmanship, individual achievements and goals. Tennis is, as the adage goes, 90 percent mental.
