Calling all junior chefs! The Curious Kitchen hosts a spring break cooking class March 25 – 29, and registration is now open. The class allows ages 6 – 15 time to explore food as they learn knife skills, reading and understanding recipes, measuring, keeping a clean station and more. Each day, there’s a new hands-on baking/cooking theme — cookies, cupcakes, donuts, pies and cakes. Alternate options are available for vegetarians, those with food allergies, or dietary restrictions. The class takes place from 8 – 11 a.m. each day. Cost is $250 per child, and space is limited.
