Where Every Family Matters

Thomas Tickets ON SALE NOW!

Choo! Choo! The world's most popular tank engine makes his way back to Music City in September. Get tickets now before they sell out!

Parents of preschoolers, mark your calendars for A Day Out With Thomas for its return to the Tennessee Central Railway Museum this September. Tickets are on sale now for Sept. 1, 2, 8  and 9.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Day Out With Thomas is undoubtedly the biggest attraction of the year for most of the pint-sized crowd. Little boys and girls love hopping aboard the real-life train that Thomas the Tank Engine pulls for a 25 minute round-trip excursion. There's a lot more than the train ride, too. Kids can meet Sir Topham Hatt, the controller of the railway, and pose for photo opportunities. Your family can also venture into the Thomas & Friends Imagination Station area. It's chock full of fun with activities including stamps, temporary tattoos, hands-on arts and crafts, stortyelling and video viewing. Kids love playing on the train tables, plus there's live entertainment (including a magician), inflatables and a petting zoo. The museum itself transforms into a giant Thomas gift shop featuring everything from festive Day Out With Thomas helium balloons to toys and railroad sets.
