Upcoming Train Excursions to Book Now
When it comes to popular excursions that sell out quickly, you have to stay on top of them. For instance, the Valentine’s Wine Train scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 17 is sold out. So too are the next two Murder Mystery trips on March 2 and May 4, 2024.
Here are the events you can still book:
Feb. 10: Valenshine Moonshine Express
(no layover; 3 hours)
Ages 21+
Sample Ole Smoky Shine and enjoy a snack bag from Smith’s Catering (included in the ticket price). You can also partake in cash bars with beer and wine as a live band strolls thru the train.

March 2: Mardi Gras Excursion Train

Saturday, March 23: DelMonaco Wine Excursion
(layover; 6-and-a-half-hour event)
Ages 21+

Saturday, March 30: Easter Bunny Express

Ride the train with the Easter Bunny on a restored classic streamlined stainless steel passenger train. Refreshments and souvenirs available on board (no outside food or drinks permitted). During the Watertown layover, get in on Easter egg hunts and lunch and shopping on your own before the return trip. Children under 12: $30; Coach seating $55; Dome $120.
