Ready for the best beach party in Rutherford County? Come out to Barfield Crescent Park (697 Veterans Pkwy., Murfreesboro) for sandcastle building, beach ball playing and hula hoop dancing starting at 5 p.m. Over 60 tons of sand will be used to create a temporary beach before it is distributed throughout the park system.
