Super-Easy Breakfast Ideas for Christmas Morning

A breakfast board, breakfast sandwiches, a casserole ... anything that's easy, festive and that helps you out on Christmas morning!

It’s a mad dash to the Christmas tree on Christmas morning … but then everybody gets hungry. You may make the same breakfast casserole (good idea!) but maybe you want to switch it up this year. Hear are some fast, delish and easy ways to conquer breakfast on Christmas morning so you’re not stuck in the kitchen while everyone else is merry-making!

Breakfasts Ideas for Christmas Morning

1. Overnight Cinnamon Roll Bake (2 minutes prep)

  • Place canned cinnamon rolls in a dish

  • Pour ½ cup heavy cream over the top

  • Bake in the morning
    It turns into a fluffy, homemade-tasting “casserole” with zero effort.

2. Make-Ahead Breakfast Board

Prep the night before:

  • Bagels, mini muffins, croissants, waffles, mini quiches

  • Fruit

  • Yogurt

  • Jam/Nutella/cream cheese
    Set it on the table Christmas morning and you’re done.

3. Freezer Breakfast Sandwiches

Assemble ahead or use store-bought:

  • English muffin + egg + cheese + sausage/bacon
    Warm in oven or air fryer.
