County Fairs in Middle Tennessee!

The County Fairs are ALMOST here! Get ready for Ferris Wheel fun, win your kiddo that big stuffed bear they want and maybe grab a funnel cake (or two!).

County fairs are always guaranteed family fun — as well as a great opportunity to check out other cool places in Middle Tennessee. There’s no other better way to spend family time than eating fair food, riding carnival rides, seeing animals and listening to music.

Whether you like big motor sports or a nice picnic table and a fried funnel cake, there’s a fair for you in Middle Tennessee. Check them out below and plan your fair season accordingly.

Williamson County Fair in Franklin

Williamson County Ag Expo Park

HOURS:Monday – Friday from 6 – 10 p.m.; Saturday from 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.; and Sunday from 12 – 10 p.m.

THIS YEAR’S THEME: “As American As Apple Pie”

HIGHLIGHTS: Nightly fireworks, Extreme Illusions & Escapes, Majestik Spectacular Thrill Show and live demonstrations of sorghum making by Muddy Pond Sorghum Mill.

NEW THIS YEAR! The Lew-E Comedy Circus, Swifty Swine Racing & Swimming Pigs, the Fearless Flores Thrill Show, Juggler Noah Royak, the Agricadabra Magic Show and more.

COST: Tickets are $14 for adults; $7 for kids ages 6 – 12; and free for kids 5 and younger. Unlimited ride hand stamps are $25 Monday – Friday; $35 on Saturday; and $30 on Sunday.

HOURS: Gates open Monday – Friday at 4 p.m., Saturdays at 10 a.m. and Sundays at 12 p.m.

THIS YEAR’S THEME: “Tennessee Voices and Volunteers Celebrating America 250!” Plus, the Agriculture Commodity Year of Forestry will
showcase Tennessee’s rich natural resources, history and heritage.

HIGHLIGHTS: Scheduled events include live music on six music stages, 4-H competitions, side-by-side rodeo, plus kiddie rides like mini tea cups and monster trucks.

NEW! Paul Bunyan Lumberjack Show, Log Swing Competition, Timber Callin’ Contest

COST: Gate admission is $15 for adults, $6 for children 6-12 and children 5 and under are free. Carnival armbands are $25 Monday – Thursday; $30 on Sunday & Friday; and individual ride tickets only on Saturday.

HOURS:Gates open at 4 p.m. (Midway at 6 p.m.) on Thursday – Friday, 1 p.m. (Midway at 2 p.m.) on Saturday and 3 p.m. (Midway at 4 p.m.) Sunday – Monday.

COST: Tickets are $12 for adults; free for kids 12 and younger. Midway armbands are $30 on Thursday (BOGO), Friday and Sunday; $35 on Saturday; and $35 on Monday.
