Cheekwood Harvest is gearing up for six weeks of fall fun from Sept. 19 through Nov. 1, turning Cheekwood Estate & Gardens into a hot spot to celebrate autumn in Middle Tennessee.
This year, guests will get to see the debut Marigold River display which stretches more than 2,500 flowers in vivid red, orange and yellow between the Bradford Robertson Color Garden and Arboretum Lawn. Cheekwood Harvest .

There will be more than 100,000 pumpkins from local farms filling the gardens, the Pumpkin Village on the Arboretum Lawn and 5,000 yellow, orange, red and white chrysanthemums for families and friends to see and snap photos with. Three pumpkin houses decorated with thatched and cedar roofs, trailing vines and pumpkins in shades of orange, white, green and pink will be ready for visitors to pose with or take home for their own decorating and carving.
Harvest NIGHTS!
Harvest NIGHTS will happen every Thursday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. between Sept. 24 and Oct. 29, letting guests walk through the gardens all lit up, play garden games, listen to live music, grab bites from food trucks and seasonal cocktails.
Guests can also check out pumpkin-carving demos by Master Carver Lundy Cupp. The festival wraps up the Harvest NIGHTS season on Oct. 29 with the Bootanical Bash costume contest and dance party.
Scarecrow Trail
The festival’s Scarecrow Trail is also back with 15 scarecrows designed by local artists, schools and groups, all inspired by this year’s “Once Upon a Harvest” theme and selected by a panel of judges.
Other seasonal events include harvest weekends with live music, the Japanese Moon Viewing, the Halloween Pooch Party for animal lovers, the Day of the Dead celebration and more!
