Where Every Family Matters

Color Me Mine Pottery Painting Studio Opens

The new pottery painting studio is now open in Cool Springs, with a Grand Opening Celebration set for Saturday, Nov. 14.

Color Me Mine, a paint-your-own pottery studio, has opened in Franklin’s Cool Springs area, offering a creative experience for children, families and adults.

Located at 3252 Aspen Grove Drive, Suite 11, the studio lets guests choose from hundreds of ceramic pieces, including mugs, bowls, plates, and decorative items, and personalize them with their own designs.

Williamson, Inc. will host an official ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new business on Friday, November 13, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

On Saturday, November 14th the studio will host a grand opening event from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. The first 25 guests will receive a giveaway, plus complimentary treats and drinks. They will also offer games, raffles, door prizes, face painting, and exclusive opening-day discounts.

Color Me Mine offers a hands-on pottery-painting experience for all ages and skill levels. Guests choose a ceramic piece, select paint colors, and create their designs. Once completed, the studio glazes and kiln-fires the pieces, and guests can typically pick them up in about a week.

“After years in the corporate world, we were ready to build something that was truly ours,” said Ana Dutton. “Franklin is such a family-oriented community, and we wanted to give families and friends a place to unplug, have fun and create something special together. Color Me Mine was the perfect fit, and we can’t wait to see all the memories made here.”

The studio also offers opportunities for birthday parties, group outings and other special celebrations. Regular pottery painting sessions don’t require reservations.

Color Me Mine is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
