The 22,000-square-foot facility, Franklin Sports Hall, undergoes another name change to become TOA Sports Performance Center — and adds new tenants in the process. The big news? The addition of Ninja Haven, which offers ninja, parkour, bouldering, yoga and hot yoga.
Ninja Haven is an obstacle training and rock climbing facility for all ages in one of the large spaces downstairs and a two-room yoga studio upstairs. Owners Colleen Johnson and Bobby Zavala, both former participants on the popular TV Show American Ninja Warrior, offer classes for youth and adults of all experience levels. The yoga studio will operate a full schedule of daily classes, too. Ninja Haven plans to open the training facility first, and the rock climbing and yoga facilities are scheduled to open later in the fall. Keep up with their progress on Facebook.
With the new name change, Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance (TOA) is leases more than 8,500-square-feet of the facility to serve as its Williamson County hub for urgent care, physical therapy and performance training.
TOA and Ninja Haven join Premier Athletics, Music City Dance, Tennessee Performance Volleyball, Nike Basketball and Rabbit Hole VR as tenants in the building. TOA Sports Performance Center is located at 215 Gothic Court, Franklin. Call 615-224‑3237 or visit franklinsportshall.com to learn more.
