This estrogen-free zone supports your desire to be there for your partner and help her feel better. Learn how to power up your dad strength and hang with other guys in the same boat as you. You will also learn the stages of labor, hands-on techniques and more. You'll walk away knowing how to stand up and gain the confidence you need to support your partner during labor.
